Weaving
We have a combination of Air jet Looms, Sulzer Shuttle less Looms, Auto Looms and Power Looms on which we can construct qualities & widths according to customer requirements. In order to deliver the best quality we consume A-grade yarn to weave the fabric.
Knitting Machines
We have 30 Knitting Machines with different no and sizes of Cylenders for making all sizes of Dish Cloth Widtrh, 10”,12”,14” 16” to 18” widths according to customer requirements. In order to deliver the best quality we consume A-grade yarn to knit the fine quality of Stockinette, Mutton Cloth.
Stitching
We have very good set-up of all machines including cutting, stitching (safety , Overlock, & Quailting, Bartack machines). Under the supervision of our Quality Control Managers everything is considered keenly from Cutting to packing process.
Raising
We have three raising machines for best brushing for Flanel Fabrics . We always using best quality super Soft Yarn specially for weft , so can get super soft brusing for our Quality Flanel Dusters.
Dust Mop Manufacturing
Hydrolic Baling Press
For Good pressing the cloths , so can increase the cost of Freight, we pressed the Mops and Fabrics as per Customers Requirments, so maximum goods can be despatch in Container.
SRP Cases
We supply our goods not only in Bales But also packed in Printed Poly Bags and then pack in SRP Cases simple and Customer Own Marking and Coding and then Pack SRP cases in a Transit Cartons.
